We currently have an aggregate annual production capacity of 490,000 tons of biodiesel. Our production facilities are located in Beijing, Shanghai, Hunan, Chongqing, Sichuan, Hebei and Fujian. The biodiesel production capacities of each of our production plants are as follows:

We produce our biodiesel product using principally used cooking oil as feedstock which we sourced from our suppliers who are collectors of the used cooking oil. Our biodiesel product is mainly sold to retail gas stations and diesel wholesalers and our biodiesel by-products such as glycerine are sold to chemical companies.
