We believe our production method, which utilizes our proprietary patented technology, is reliable and suitable for large-scale industrialized production. Our proprietary biodiesel production process is protected by an invention patent (patent no.ZL021335915) granted by the SIPO of the PRC effective on August 7, 2002. In addition, our biodiesel meets the European biodiesel standard, EN 14214, which is an internationally recognized standard that is more stringent than that adopted in many major economies, including the United States.

Our biodiesel production process includes the following steps:
  • purification of raw materials;
  • continuous vacuum dehydration of raw materials to reduce water content to less than 0.2%;
  • blending of dehydrated raw materials with methanol and the application of a small amount of catalysts, followed by esterification of the raw materials blend in a reactor at a specific range of temperature;
  • removed of water from the reaction at the bottom of the methanol recovery tower and the recycling of methanol at the top of the tower back to the esterification reactor for further reaction;
  • removed of the catalyst and the excess methanol in the system; and
  • dehydration of the resulting material in a precipitator for continuous distillation at lower pressure in a destination tower.

Finally, biodiesel will be separated. The conversion ratio from raw materials to end products achieved through this process can reach 93% or above.

Our other chemical by-products, such as glycerine, plant asphalt, erucic acid and erucic amide, are also produced after refining during the biodiesel production process.

Our manufacturing process is innovative and financially competitive in the following ways:
  • our process enables the use of vegetable oil offal and used cooking oil as raw materials, which results in lower cost base;
  • our process adopts continuous vacuum dehydration which reduces the water content level of rawmaterials to less than 0.2%;
  • our process uses a composite catalyst system which improves production efficiency;
  • the specially designed compact structure can instantly remove the water produced during the reaction and increase the conversion ratio to 93% or above; and
  • the specially designed medium-pressure continuous esterification tower can be scaled up for industrial mass production.
