Milestone

2011

In 2011, we acquired a further 8% interest in Mianyang Jin Xin Copper Company Ltd. ("Jin Xin"). As a result, our interest in Jin Xin has increased to 75%.

2010

In 2010, we added a new 50,000 ton biodiesel production line at our Sichuan plant.After completion of its relocation, which is expected in 2011,Sichuan Gushan will have an annual biodiesel production capacity of 100,000 tons.

We successfully acquired 67% of Mianyang Jin Xin Copper Company Ltd., a producer of recycled copper products.

2009

In 2009, we added 30,000 tons of biodiesel production capacity at our Chongqing plant and 30,000 tons biodiesel production capacity at our Hunan plant.

2008

In 2008, we added 100,000 tons of biodiesel production capacity at our Shanghai plant and 100,000 tons of biodiesel production capacity at our Beijing plant.

2007

December 19, 2007
Our initial public offering of 18,000,000 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) began trading on December 19, 2007 on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "GU".

In 2007, we added a 20,000 ton biodiesel production line at the Sichuan facility, increasing our capacity at the Sichuan plant to 60,000 tons per annum.

2006

In 2006, we established Shanghai Gushan (Shanghai Gushan Bio-sources Energy Technologies Co.,Ltd.)

In 2006, we established Beijing Gushan (Beijing Gushan Bio-sources Energy Co. Ltd.) in Beijing.

2005

In 2005, we established Fujian Gushan (Fujian Gushan Bio-diesel Energy Co., Ltd.) in Mawei, Fuzhou, Fujian Province and began building a facility with biodiesel production capacity of 100,000 tons per year which commenced production in 2006.

2004

In 2004, we obtained ISO9001: 2000 international quality control certification.

In 2004, we added a 30,000 ton biodiesel production line at the Sichuan facility, increasing our capacity at the Sichuan facility to 40,000 tons per annum.

2003

In 2003, Handan Gushan (Handan Gushan Bio-sources Energy Co. Ltd.) was established in Hebei and began to build a production line with biodiesel capacity of 30,000 tons per year which commenced production in 2004.

In 2003, our biodiesel was accredited as a "State Focused New Product" by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

2002

In 2002, we were accredited as a "Superior New Technology Enterprise" by the Sichuan Science and Technology Bureau.

2001

In 2001, Sichuan Gushan began production of biodiesel with a manufacturing capacity of 10,000 tons.

In 2001, we established Sichuan Gushan (Sichuan Gushan Vegetable Fat Chemistry Co., Ltd.) in Mianyang, Sichuan.
